Mesh Pilot

Terms

Effective May 19, 2026

Plain-English terms of service for Mesh Pilot. These describe what we sell, what you keep, how the pilot works, and what each side agrees to. They're intentionally short and updated whenever the product or pricing model changes.

Who we are

Mesh Pilot is operated by Glitch Executor Labs ("we", "us"), a product studio based in Toronto, Canada. By using Mesh Pilot, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these terms.

The service

Mesh Pilot is the OS for digital marketing — a multi-agent automation stack. Specialist agents read your connected ad platforms, draft proposals for spend or creative changes, and surface them for your approval inside the Mesh Pilot web app. Approved proposals are written to the connected platforms by the agents on your behalf, using the partner-access seats you authorize via OAuth.

Eligibility and access

  • You must have legitimate authority over the ad accounts and properties you connect.
  • You are responsible for keeping your operator account credentials secure. We will not unlock an account on the basis of an unverified request.
  • You can revoke our partner-access seat at any time from the relevant platform's business manager. We stop writing immediately.

The pilot

  • Standard engagement is a 4 to 6 week paid pilot, fixed fee, one invoice up front.
  • You can end the pilot at week 4 with no further charge if it isn't earning its keep. We'd rather lose a pilot than carry a brand that isn't getting compounding value.
  • After the pilot, ongoing terms are a separate agreement signed by both parties before any additional billing.

Operator-in-the-loop

Every change to your ad accounts that moves money or publishes content under your brand requires your operator approval inside the app. Agent proposals are advisory. We don't ship spend changes, paid publishes, or outbound communications without an approval logged to a real operator identity.

Acceptable use

  • Don't connect ad accounts you don't have authority to operate.
  • Don't use the service to plan or execute activity that violates the connected platforms' own terms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, your CMS, your email provider).
  • Don't attempt to extract proprietary parts of the orchestration engine via the API or otherwise. The agents are open source on GitLab; the engine is not.
  • Don't share operator credentials. If you need a second person to approve, request a second operator account.

Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We don't promise specific ROAS, revenue, or audience growth outcomes. The agents propose; you decide. If the agents misread a metric or propose an action you disagree with, that's why every money-moving step is gated to your approval inside the app.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunity, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

You can terminate by emailing support@glitchexecutor.com. We acknowledge inside 24 hours. We can suspend or terminate access if the acceptable-use clause is breached or if continued operation would put the connected platforms' compliance at risk. Upon termination we revoke our partner-access seats and, on request, delete your brand data per the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we update this page and email anyone with an active connected account at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
